Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

I am pleased to announce that I am now qualified to offer EFT therapy.

EFT is an alternative therapy, which works by tapping on certain meridian points of the body, allowing the energy blockages, which cause negative emotions, to be cleared.  It can be used for a wide range of psychological conditions, such as anxiety; depression; lack of confidence; low self-esteem; addiction and compulsive behaviour, and many more.    

During the EFT session, the client would learn how use their fingertips to tap on the meridian points on their head, face, neck and hands.  The treatment is simple and painless and provides a very fast relief process. EFT is very easy to learn, making it very effective as a self-help tool.
