Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy.  The basis of CBT is the concept that our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all connected and that changing negative thoughts, can release us from a viscous circle.  CBT helps you deal with overwhelming problems, by breaking them down into smaller parts, allowing you to change negative patterns to improve the way you feel.
